Use of at least one cellulose derivative as a dispersant for a hydraulically setting composition, where the cellulose derivative at the C-2 position has a substitution degree of more than 0.25, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) hydraulically setting composition containing at least one hydraulically setting binder, at least one cellulose derivative, which has a substitution degree of more than 0.25 at the C-2 position, and optionally water; (2) the preparation of hydraulically setting composition comprising providing the hydraulically setting binder and the cellulose derivative, which has a substitution degree of more than 0.25 at the C-2 position, and mixing the binder and the cellulose derivative; and (3) moldings, obtainable by setting and hardening the hydraulically setting composition. |
