PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing mucin derived from Dioscorea opposite is provided to ensure antioxiation effect, to suppress inflammation, to alleviate irritation and atopic dermatitis, and to improve anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing mucin derived from Dioscorea opposite comprises: a step of dipping Dioscorea opposite in a solution; a step of filtering and removing impurities; a step of centrifuging and removing saponin and starch; a step of adding an organic solvent and precipitating or floating mucin; and a step of collecting the precipitated or floated mucin. |
