摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying material which allows thick adhesion by a single spray, capable of applying a material excellent in mechanical properties such as tensile strength and bending strength, and can increase the speed of construction, and a spray repairing method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The spraying material for a short fiber reinforced cement composite material showing a tensile strain of &ge;1.0% in a tensile test of a cured product whose material age is 28 days is obtained by adding a plasticizer consisting mainly of aluminum sulfate to a spraying material in an amount of 0.05-5 pts.mass in terms of solid content based on 100 pts.mass of cement, wherein the spraying material is produced by blending 1-3 vol.% of PVA short fibers (fiber diameter: &le;0.05 mm, fiber length: 5-20 mm, fiber tensile strength: 1,500-2,400 MPa) into a prepared matrix (water-cement ratio: 25-60%, mass ratio of fine aggregate to cement: <1.5, maximum particle size of fine aggregate: 0.8 mm, amount of a high-performance AE water-reducing agent: 0-5 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of cement). The spray repairing method using the spraying material includes pressure-feeding a spraying material kneaded with water by a pump before adding the plasticizer consisting mainly of aluminum sulfate, merging and mixing the plasticizer consisting mainly of aluminum sulfate, and spraying the mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
