<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oil leakage from between mating surfaces of a ball type check valve without increasing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A stopper pin for restricting the amount of stroke of a ball is arranged so that at least one of a plurality of seal rings arranged at an outer periphery portion may be included between mating surfaces of a transmission case and a mounting member. By this means, even if oil flowing through the ball type check valve 1 leaks through the stopper pin S, it is possible to prevent leakage to an outside of the transmission case T and an oil pump base 6 through the mating surfaces X. That is, compared to the prior art, because it is not necessary to arrange separate seal ring at the mating surfaces X, and it is not necessary to perform processing and the like for reducing the number of parts and arranging the separate seal ring at least at one of the transmission case T and the oil pump base 6, it is possible to prevent oil leakage without increasing cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
