The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing nanowires and to a method for forming a nanowire pattern, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing nanowires and to a method for forming a nanowire pattern in which a sintered nanowire is manufactured by oxidizing a nanowire and then reducing an oxidized copper nanowire through exposure to a laser. The method for manufacturing nanowires includes: a step of forming an oxidized nanowire by oxidizing a nanowire (S610); and a step of forming a sintered and reduced nanowire by exposing the oxidized nanowire to a laser (S620) by using a coated reducing agent.
