PURPOSE: A three-dimensional weaving welding apparatus capable of horizontal butt welding is provided to implement the optimum weaving motion on an object to be welded by changing welding conditions for each node. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional weaving welding apparatus capable of horizontal butt welding comprises a welding carriage(20) and a travel rail(30). The welding carriage is coupled with a welding torch(10). The travel rail is coupled with the welding carriage to travel therealong. The welding carriage drives the welding torch in X, Y, and Z axes. Welding is implemented by changing welding conditions on each motion node of the welding torch in real time. |
