A method for moving a web object by using push and a device are provided. A main device identifies a web object supporting mobility in a loaded web page and determines whether the web object moves to a secondary device. When the identified web object moves to the secondary device, the main device pushes the movement of the web object to the secondary device to a push server. The main device receives a response to the push from the push server. The web object by push moves from a main screen of the main device to a secondary screen of the secondary device.
