PURPOSE: A side panel alignment device of a multiclass chassis assembly system is provided to arrange commonly a side panel which is different from a car model, and to place in a position which is a working position of a main process. CONSTITUTION: A side panel alignment device (100) of a multiclass chassis assembly system comprises a base member (10), a first clamping unit (20), a second clamping unit (30), a first regulation unit (50), a second regulation unit (60), a third regulation unit (70), and a fourth regulation unit (80). The base member is comprised to enable to ascend and descend to a top and a bottom about a bottom surface of a working chamber in both sides of a working position. The first clamping unit is mounted on the base member. The first clamping unit clamps a front side of a lower end part of a side panel. The second clamping unit is installed in the base member. The second clamping unit clamps a back side of a lower end part of the side panel. The first regulation unit is mounted on the base member. The first regulation unit restricts a roof matching site of an upper end part of the side panel. The second regulation unit is installed in the base member. The second regulation unit restricts a back side of the side panel. The third regulation unit is mounted on the base member. The third regulation unit restricts a first tooling hole of a front side of the side panel in a predetermined position. The fourth regulation unit is mounted on the base member. The fourth regulation unit controls a second tooling hole of a back side of the side panel in a predetermined position. |
