The present invention relates to a biodegradable card and a method for preparing the same and more specifically, to a biodegradable card of which a sheet is coated with a pre-treatment before printing in order to prevent the sheet from being broken, and attaches two sheets using an intermediate adhesive after printing in order to prevent the card from not reaching the physical standard of a card. The method for preparing the biodegradable card according to the present invention comprises: a coating step for coating front and back sheets with the pre-treatment when the polylactic acid sheets, which are materials for the biodegradable card, are stocked; a printing step for printing on the front and back sheets on which the pre-treatment is coated; an adhesive coating step for coating the printed front and back sheets with the intermediate aqueous adhesive and coating the outer surface of the front and back sheets with an overcoating adhesive; an adjusting step for combining and adjusting the front and back sheets and protecting sheets; and a laminating step for combining the combined sheets with heat and pressure.
