AN APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING LIQUID FERTILIZER USING LIVESTOCK CARCASS

An apparatus for producing a liquid fertilizer using livestock carcass according to the present invention comprises: a reaction bath for containing livestock carcass to be decomposed; a decomposer supply unit for supplying any one of acid or alkali to the reaction bath in order to decompose the livestock carcass; a heating unit for supplying heat to the reaction bath in order to decompose the livestock carcass; a neutralizing agent supply unit for supplying a neutralizing agent to the reaction bath in order to neutralize byproducts generated through a decomposing procedure of the livestock carcass; and a composting unit for putting the neutralized byproducts in the reaction bath to compost the neutralized byproducts, and discharging the composted products as a liquid fertilizer. According to the apparatus of the present invention, the neutralizing agent is put in the reaction bath in which the livestock carcass is completely decomposed into a liquid phase; the pH of the decomposed liquid byproducts is neutralized; and the neutralized liquid byproducts are composted to recycle the liquid fertilizer, thereby improving the recycling degree of resources. Further, the apparatus according to the present invention is constituted such that the liquid fertilizer is produced through the separate composting process described above, thereby preventing a poor absorption of nutrients by plants and a poor growth of plants therefrom, which are caused by putting the neutralized liquid byproducts without composting on the plants.
