PURPOSE: A car wheel resonator manufacturing and installing method for reducing noise is provided to significantly reduce noise even during driving. CONSTITUTION: A car wheel resonator manufacturing and installing method for reducing noise comprises the following steps. An aluminum plate is provided (S10). The aluminum plate is settled on the upper side of a die which has an opened groove formed on the upper part and an arc shape with the same diameter as the diameter of the circumference of a wheel (S20). The outer shape of the aluminum plate is made to be identical with the upper part shape of the die (S30). The flange of the aluminum plate which goes through shape-machining is processed (S40). A hole is formed in the center of the aluminum plate by penetrating the aluminum plate (S50). An installation position of a resonator is fixed after the opening part of the resonator is closely attached to the circumference of the wheel. The resonance chamber which is connected to the hole is formed inside the resonator (S70).
