PURPOSE: A composition for detecting noro virus is provided to enable simple manipulation with ELISA and to detect noro virus with naked eyes. CONSTITUTION: A composition for detecting noro virus contains a primer set containing a primer selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1-3, and one or more primers selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 4-6. A composition for detecting noro virus contains a probe of sequence number 7 or 8. A method for detecting noro virus comprises: a step of mixing a sample with the composition and amplifying the sequence; and a step of reacting the amplified product with the probe. |
