<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an anti-biotic film for packaging food, and an anti-biotic film manufactured from the method for maintaining freshness and preventing bacterial spoilage, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing an excellent anti-biotic film for packaging food, and an anti-biotic film manufactured from the method for maintaining freshness and preventing bacterial spoilage, wherein the film has excellent effects of preventing microorganism proliferation of food and processes progression of spoilage very slowly, and thereby, being able to maintain freshness for a long time and to prevent bacterial spoilage. To this end, the method for manufacturing the anti-biotic film for packaging food according to the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: manufacturing acanthoic acid using supercritical fluid extraction; manufacturing perilla frutescens extracts by supercritical fluid extraction; manufacturing azon by heating allicin at a temperature of 60°C and by dividing azon; stirring and mixing by mixing, with a plastic resin material, the manufactured acanthoic acid, perilla frutescens extracts, and azon, as well as natural zeolite, red clay or kaolin, and tourmaline; extruding the composition mixed in the mixing step with a extruder; manufacturing a polyethylene master batch by cooling the extruded extrudate and cutting them; and manufacturing a film for packaging food by providing the polyethylene master batch to the extruder.</p> |
