A resource assignment method for enabling a relay node to transmit uplink control information to a base station in a wireless communication system is disclosed in the present application. Specifically, the present application comprises a step of generating a control information sequence for a backhaul link between the relay node and the base station; a step of setting symbols for mapping the control information sequence when the symbols are punched at the front end or back end of a backhaul uplink sub-frame between the relay node and the base station; and a step of executing time first mapping for the control information sequence to resource elements corresponding to the set symbols with the descending of a sub-carrier wave index.
