Specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for receiving downlink control channels in the wireless communication system and more specifically, to a method and a device for determining one frequency resource set according to the characteristic or the type of the sub frame and comprising: a step of receiving an upper layer signal including a plurality of frequency resource sets; a step of receiving a sub-frame which carries a plurality of downlink control channel candidates; and a step of monitoring the control channel candidates within one specific frequency resource set among the frequency resource sets.
