摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pattern retarder of 3D display film type, which secures stability of a liquid crystal coating solution and, uses a composition of the Diacrylate type reactive liquid crystal able to maintain phase deference of a liquid crystal layer of a product, is provided. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pattern retarder (FPR, Film-Type Patterned Retarder) of 3D display film type includes: the first step of coating the TAC (Triacetyl Cellulose) group film substrate with the alignment film and then drying it; the second step of exposing a first linear polarization and then exposing a second polarization in order for the TAC group film on which the alignment layer is coated is to be at 90°for each pattern; and the third step of coating a reactive liquid crystal on the exposed alignment layer, drying, and hardening.
