PURPOSE: A frame structure using composite materials is provided to apply a fastening unit such as a bolt and to structurally improve strength and rigidity. CONSTITUTION: A frame structure using composite materials comprises an upper body connection unit (110), a floor connection unit (130), and a pair of suspension connection units (150). The floor connection unit is parallelly arranged at a predetermined interval with the upper body connection unit, and the suspension connection unit connects the floor connection unit. The upper body connection unit and the floor connection unit comprise a first reinforcing member and an outer cover member. The first reinforcing member is comprised by alternately laminating a plurality of first structures and a plurality of second structures. The first structure is comprised of polyvinyl chloride foam and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic prepreg laminated by enclosing the outer surface of the polyvinyl chloride foam. The second structure is comprised of the polyvinyl chloride foam. The outer cover member is laminated by enclosing the outer surface of the first reinforcing member and is comprised of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic prepreg. |
