The present invention relates to a vent mold for the pultrusion of noncombustible fiber reinforced plastics capable of removing gas and moisture from a resin material while molding the resin material into a desired form by applying pressure and heat to the resin material in a process of manufacturing noncombustible fiber reinforced plastics based on a pultrusion technique. The vent mold for the pultrusion of noncombustible fiber reinforced plastics according to the present invention comprises: a vent part which includes a tapered slit formed to be opened, wherein the area of the tapered slit is gradually tapered towards the progress direction of a short shot resin material such that the short shot resin material passes through the tapered slit and is pressurized, and a first heater for removing gas and moisture from the short shot resin material by applying heat to the short shot resin material passing through the tapered slit; and a molding part which includes a molding slit formed to be opened on one side of the vent part to be separated at a predetermined interval, wherein the molding slit has a predetermined area such that the short shot resin material through the vent part has a desired form and size, and a second heater for removing residual gas and moisture from the short shot resin material by applying heat to the short shot resin material passing through the molding slit. |
