The present invention relates to a duty state adaptive light control system and a method thereof and more particularly, to a light control system using a PC state applied to a building for saving energy and a method thereof, capable of improving an energy saving effect and providing the optimum lighting environment for a duty environment by varying a lighting environment according to a PC operating state. The present invention improves the energy saving effect and optimizes the lighting environment at the same time by adaptively controlling illumination by easily checking the temporary empty state and the absence and presence of a worker through the PC operating state.
