摘要 The present invention relates to a method of refining molten steel in a converter by predicting a dynamic heating rate to reach the target temperature during a converter refining process, the method comprising: a step of setting the target temperature of molten steel at the time of completion of refining steel in the converter when the steel is refined in the converter; a step of measuring the dynamic temperature and carbon density of the molten steel inside the converter at the time of blowing (dynamic measurement time) 70-80% of the total oxygen amount being blown when the steel is refined in the converter; a step of calculating the dynamic oxygen amount being blown from the dynamic measurement time to the time reaching the target temperature of the molten metal by using the measured dynamic temperature, carbon density, and additionally predetermine variables; a step of calculating the dynamic heating speed for the molten steel to reach the target temperature by using variables as the calculated dynamic oxygen amount, the measured dynamic temperature, the additionally determined variables; a step of predicting the final temperature of the molten steel at the end point of refining the molten steel in the converter by adding up the calculated dynamic heating rate and the temperature of the molten steel at the dynamic measurement time; and a step for refining the molten steel while controlling the oxygen amount by comparing the final temperature of the molten steel predicted in the previous step and the target temperature of the molten steel.
