摘要 Disclosed are a device for efficiently charging a battery and a method thereof. The device for charging the battery comprises a voltage measuring unit, a controlling unit, and a charging unit. The voltage measuring unit measures the voltage of the battery. The control unit outputs a charge controlling signal in response to an opening charging mode and a late charging mode. The opening charging mode processes the charging till increasing the voltage of the battery to a predetermined blocking voltage (Vc). The late charging mode processes the charging by downwardly controlling charged power. The charging unit offers the charged power to the battery in response to the charge controlling signal. A point for downwardly controlling the charged power is connected to a point for enabling the voltage of the battery to reach the blocking voltage by the controlled charged power again. The present invention is provided to efficiently increase a voltage degree when the battery is fully charged.
