The present invention relates to a thermotherapy device and a thermotherapy method for biomaterials, wherein the device can induce the rapid temperature rise of biomaterials with only low power microwaves by changing biomaterials into biomaterials with electromagnetic properties including severe attenuation by injecting nanoparticles to the biomaterials. The thermotherapy device for biomaterials according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a nanoparticle injection unit for injecting nanoparticles, a microwave generation unit for generating microwaves, and a microwave irradiation unit which irradiates the generated microwaves to the biomaterials into which nanoparticles are injected.
