The present invention relates to a glass handling gripper which comprises: a handler wherein a hand space is formed to be gripped by a hand; a holder unit which is fixated and attached to one side surface of the lower part of the handler, where a glass inputting hole is formed to input glass, and whose inner width is wider than the inlet width of the glass inputting hole; and a gripper unit which is placed in the internal space of the holder unit in order to induce the glass to be inputted into the glass inputting hole by turning inside the internal space when the glass is inputted into the glass inputting hole of the holder unit, and which descends to the glass inputting hole by the self-weight in order to grip the glass not to be separated from the one side surface of the holder unit when the handler is lifted. The gripper unit comprises: a gripper shaft which has a circular bar shape; a rotary sleeve which is inserted into the external side of the gripper shaft and is rotated by friction between the self-weight of the glass and the glass in order to narrow the gap between the glass and the one side surface of the holder unit and to grip the glass not to be separated; and a gripper separating strap which is connected with both ends of the gripper shaft in order to separate the glass. The glass handling gripper can easily insert the glass into the gripper during glass handling, can prevent the separation of the inserted glass even with a thin plate, can provide convenience in order to ensure safe and easy work for a worker only by pulling a glass separating strap for separating the gripper from the glass, and can prevent damage to the glass during handling or detects in a product due to bending of the glass. |
