PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a low resistance-high transmittance flexible FTO(Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide) transparent conductive film having a carbon nanotube is provided to coat a previously formed carbon nanotube composite material as a functional layer, thereby improving an adhesive force between a plastic substrate and a metal oxide thin film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a low resistance-high transmittance flexible FTO(Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide) transparent conductive film having a carbon nanotube includes the following steps: a step of coating a carbon nanotube composite material layer as a functional layer on a heat resistant polymer film substrate; a step of coating a metal oxide film on a polymer film having the carbon nanotube; and a step of forming the FTO transparent conductive film on the composite material layer. The carbon nanotube composite material layer is coated by one of a spray coating method, a spin coating method, the casting method of a doctor blade, a gravure coating method, and a roll-to-roll coating method. A ratio between the weight of the carbon nanotube and the total weight of an alkali developable polymer and a photopolymer compound is 1:10 to 1:1000 based on a solid content. |
