PURPOSE: A nano-wire composite and a biosensor using the same are provided to accurately sense without protein loss in spite of external shock. CONSTITUTION: A nano-wire composite comprises a nano-wire(130) and protein containing solution. The protein containing solution is attached to the surface of nano-wire and controls the conductivity of nano-wire. The protein containing solution is the solution of sol state or gel state. The protein containing solution covers the surface whole of nano-wire. If the target protein is antigen, the protein contained in the protein containing solution is an antibody. |
