The present invention relates to a rotating exercise equipment reinforcing waist muscles by contraction and relaxation exercises through an interactional twisting of the upper and lower bodies, more specifically, to a disk type rotating exercise equipment comprising and connecting two same disk plates to be rotated by using a gear and belt structure; repeating stretching (relaxation) and contraction exercises for the waist by the disk plates being rotated in the opposite directions by the rotation of the gear when a twisting force around the waist is applied in state the knees are on a disk plate and the hands are on the other disk plate. |
