The present invention relates to conductive carbon paper and a manufacturing method thereof and more specifically, to conductive carbon paper including a conductive carbonized fiber consisting of mineral fibers coated with pitch with excellent thermal and electrical properties, an organic polymer compound, and a thermosetting resin. According to the present invention, by coating an insulating mineral fiber with the pitch having excellent thermal and electrical properties and carbonizing the same, a conducing carbon fiber can replace existing carbon fibers with high costs, and conductive carbon paper is provided by using an organic polymer compound and a thermosetting resin, so carbon paper with improved thermal and electrical properties and reduced costs, capable replacing existing carbon fiber with high costs can be used in various application fields. |
