An apparatus and a method for transmitting an origination request in a mobile terminal are provided to enable a user to simply transmit a free origination request that the user is able to recognize obviously. An apparatus for transmitting an origination request in a mobile terminal comprises an origination request part(210), an origination interception part(220), a transceiver part(230), and a control part(240). The origination request part makes an origination request to the other side's mobile terminal. If a connect order corresponding to the origination request is received, the origination interception part intercepts origination immediately. The transceiver part transmits the origination request to the other side's mobile terminal, and receives the connect order. The control part controls the origination request part to make the origination request. Also the control part controls the origination interception part to intercept origination. |
