The present invention relates to an integrated passive optical network MAC processor and an integrated passive optical network optical line terminal system using the same which is capable of providing both a current 1G passive optical network and a future 10G passive optical network in one device. The integrated passive optical network optical line terminal system of the present invention comprises: a plurality of user network interface cards which supports various passive optical network (PON) protocols; a plurality of service network interface cards which supports various PON protocols; and a main processor and a switching block which are connected to each of the user network interface cards and each of the service network interface cards through a differential mode signal line to recover a received packet, provide a packet switching function according to the header information of the packet, and include a CPU and a main switching fabric. The user network interface cards and the service network interface cards execute a passive optical network protocol designated in the initial configuration among the passive optical network protocols and include a storage means for storing the state and control resist of each card. The main processor is configured to execute an operation management program for failure management, configuration management, and performance management and perform reading and writing, through an external bus, on the storage means for storing the state and control resist of the main processor.
