The present invention relates to a phosphor and a light emitting device and more specifically, to a phosphor and a light emitting device comprising the same. The phosphor according to an embodiment of the present invention emits light having peak wavelength between a green wavelength band and a yellow wavelength band and has a crystal structure of a composition represented by MSi2N2O2, and M=CaxSryEuz, and a triclinic crystal structure in which the mole ratio x of Ca is 0.45-0.75 (0.45<=x<=0.75), the mole ratio y of Sr is 0.25-0.55 (0.25<=y<=0.55) and the mole ratio z of Eu is 0.05-0.5 (0.05 <=z<= 0.5). |
