PURPOSE: A teaching control system and a teaching control method thereof are provided to reduce time for welding work or teaching work and to prevent a standby phenomenon of a welding device by performing the teaching work according to each member by using feature data of the member. CONSTITUTION: A teaching control system includes a data writing unit(210), a member information matching unit(230), and a scheduling unit(250). The data writing unit extracts feature data including position information from computer use design data. A member information matching unit matches the feature data with teaching data. The scheduling unit allocates welding wires of a member to a welding device according to the feature data. An information converting unit(270) converts computer use design data of anointer format inputted from outside into computer use design data suitable for the data writing unit.
