A solid polymer electrolyte and a lithium secondary battery using the same are provided to ensure relatively high ion conductivity and to obtain a stable secondary battery having high density and high power. A solid polymer electrolyte comprises a phosphazene derivative introduced by covalent-bonding the ionic liquid of the chemical formula (1), wherein R is a hydrophobic functional group selected from a group consisting of a substituted or non-substituted C2-10 alkyl, substituted or non-substituted aryl, substituted or non-substituted heteroaryl, and substituted or non-substituted, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkyl of 3-8 atom number; and X is the ionic liquid. |
