The present invention relates to a novel coffee roaster having a miniaturized product size and a simplified structure by improving the structure so as to efficiently perform multiple functions such as a roasting function, a cooling function, and a separating function of separating roasted coffee beans and coffee bean husk, through a simple structure using one chamber. According to the present invention, the chamber is divided into upper and lower chambers while parts to be fixed, such as a heater, are installed at the upper chamber and the lower chamber capable of rotating is inserted into the upper chamber so as to be rotated by the rotary force of a motor. In addition, the chamber is slopingly disposed. Therefore, the coffee beans can be roasted and cooled by effective agitation through oblique rotation in a diagonal direction without separate agitating wings. Further, the coffee roaster of the present invention provides a structure capable of multiply performing rotary agitation and an opening and closing function of outputting the roasted coffee beans, by using one motor. |
