PURPOSE: A film for agricultural materials is provided to maintain a temperature appropriate for agricultural crops while reducing energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A film for agricultural materials comprises an air cap(1), in which a phase change material is filled, on one surface and an air cap(3) filled with air on the opposite surface. A temperature for phase change of the phase change material is in a range of 10 to 30>=. The phase change material is an organic based, an inorganic based, or a solutrope base phase change material. The organic based phase change material is one selected from the group consisting of butylstearate, C13-24 paraffin, capric-lauryl acid, dimethylsebacate, polyglycol E600, 1-dodecanol, and vinylstearate. The inorganic based phase change material is one selected from the group consisting of KF4H2O, Mn(NO3)2H2O, CaCl26H2O, and LiNO33H2O. The phase change material is one eutectic mixture selected from the group consisting of a mixture of 50 to 70% of CaCl2H2O and 25 to 35% of MgCl26H2OKF4H2O; a mixture of 40 to 60% of CaCl2+NaCl, 0.1 to 0.8% of KCl, and 40 to 55% of H2OCaCl26H2O; and a mixture of 40 to 70% of Na(CH3COO)3H2O and 30 to 50% of CO(NH2)2. An aircap film is a thermoplastic synthetic resin. The air cap film is one selected from polyethylene, tritan, EVA, polypropylene, and PVC. |
