PURPOSE: A producing method of dried cherry tomatoes is provided to obtain the dried cherry tomatoes by only using cherry tomatoes without separate additives, and to maintain the original shape of the tomatoes. CONSTITUTION: Cherry tomatoes are washed, and the stalks are removed after completely removing moisture. The cherry tomatoes are arranged on a container not to overlap each other, and heated. The heated cherry tomatoes are peeled, and dried at low temperatures. The low temperature dried cherry tomatoes are arranged on a container not to overlap each other, and dried. The dried cherry tomatoes are cooled at room temperature, and frozen. The low temperature drying process is conducted at 3-5°C for 20-40 hours, and the drying process is conducted at 35-40°C for 1-2 hours.
