Disclosed are a delay transfer system and a method thereof for processing delay transfer of a fixed amount of money to an account of a remittee from an account of a remitter according to a request of the remitter. A server receives a delay transfer request from the remitter, and subtracts transfer money from the account of the remitter to store in a withdrawal account ledger DB. The server records the money requested to the account of the remittee in a delay transfer ledger DB. The server makes a delay transfer mark meaning that the transferred money can be withdrawn only after a fixed time and stores the delay transfer mark in a deposit account ledger DB. After the fixed time has passed, the server processes batch withdrawal of the transferred money in a lump in a state of being able to withdraw. If the remittee requests forcible withdrawal, the server processes forcible withdrawal in case there is no accident information. By doing this, in case a customer performs financial transaction like account transfer and account remittance or card loan lending, withdrawal is done from a withdrawal account of the remitter and deposit processing (named as 'delay transfer transaction') is done in a receivable account after a deposit grace period has passed so that withdrawal just after remittance becomes impossible. The method can prevent a problem in a sound financial transaction between a remitter and a remittee by finding a financial transaction capable of solving a problem on fund supply of the remittee due to delay transfer transaction.
