Provided by an embodiment of the present invention is a method for executing a web browser in an image terminal by including the following steps in which: (a) a set-top box receives a web browser executing request of the image terminal from a remote control; (b) the set-top box outputs a guide screen for executing the web browser when executing the web browser by the execution request; (c) the set-top box obtains information about a specific icon which is selected by the remote control among icons included in the outputted guide screen; and (d) the set-top box executes a function which is matched with the specific icon. |
