The present invention relates to a device for measuring temperatures which enables a thermocouple to automatically be contact with the surface of a work roll when performing a heat treatment, in order to prevent errors caused by a contact failure so as to improve the reliability of the temperature measuring, including: a thermocouple which is guided to the inside and the outside of a heat treating furnace, through an access hole formed on top of the heat treating furnace; a guide unit having a pair of guide rollers which guides the thermocouple to the access hole; and an operation motor, of which operation shaft is connected to either one guide roller, and which rotates the guide roller to guide the thermocouple into and out of the heat treating furnace.
