PURPOSE: A terminal device and a set-top box for transmitting web page data in a mirroring process and a method thereof are provided to download web page data and to transmit the web page data to a display device by connecting directly on the set-top box by providing network address information corresponding to a web page. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device for transmitting web page data in a mirroring process comprises a memory (100), a web connection recognition part (110), a terminal controller (120), and a terminal interface part (130). The memory stores a mirroring program for a mirroring operation. The web connection recognition part recognizes a web page access of a user in an execution of the mirroring program. The terminal controller controls in order to transmit network address information of a web page in which the user connects to the set-top box according to a web connection recognition result from the web connection recognition part. The terminal interface part transmits at least one between mirroring data by a mirroring and the network address information according to a control of the terminal controller to the set-top box.
