A mobile terminal and a method for automatically storing conversation contents, and a recording medium thereof are provided to have no need to prepare for recording conversation contents in advance and store important conversation contents without missing, thereby improving effectiveness of a conversation contents storing service. An audio data generating unit(110) converts audio into audio data if conversation starts by connecting a terminal to an audio call. An audio data storage(120) temporarily stores the audio data. A data back-up unit(130) backups the audio data stored in the audio data storage in an audio data server. An audio data processing unit(150) displays a storage message which inquires whether to store the audio data on a display unit, deletes the audio data stored in the audio data storage if it is checked that storage check is selected, and requests to build a database with regard to the backed up audio data according to identification information of a mobile phone terminal to the audio data server. |
