PURPOSE: An optical touch screen using a synchronized optical pulse delivery is provided to easily respond to various screens through extension by connecting four of lines with a last light emitting cell in series. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting cell(101) has a series connection structure of light emitting displays. The light emitting displays emit light for a designated period by a sync signal and a control signal. An output state of a light emitting display is delivered to the input of another light emitting display by the sync signal. An optical pulse is sequentially delivered through an operation performing light-out after lighting for a predetermined period by supplying the output state of a single light emitting cell to the input of the light emitting cell connected in series by the sync signal.
