PURPOSE: A rotation type buckle unit is provided to prevent a spot pressed by a first buckle when a space between a rear seat back and a rear floor panel is not enough. CONSTITUTION: A rotation type buckle unit(100) comprises a first buckle(110), a second buckle(120), a lateral moving unit, and an elastic return unit(180). The first buckle is installed in a rear floor panel under a split part of a split type foldable rear seat back. And the first buckle is rotated by folding the rear seat back. The second buckle is laterally contiguous to the first buckle. When the first buckle is rotated downward, the lateral moving unit moves the first buckle to the bottom side of the second buckle. When the folding of the rear seat back is released, the elastic return unit returns the first buckle to be laterally contiguous to the second buckle. |
