The present invention relates to a target material for manufacturing a reaction preventing layer of a solid oxide fuel cell using an ion plating method. The present invention is capable of providing an elaborate structure of the reaction preventing layer using the target material in which doped element oxide is located on a core unit of ceria in the ion plating method.
