The present invention relates to a measuring instrument which comprises: a housing; a mounting unit combined with the housing and composed of a thin film on which a radiopharmaceutical is developed; a measuring unit to measure the synthetic yield of the radiopharmaceutical developed on the thin film; an output unit which outputs the measuring value of the measured synthetic yield by the measuring unit; and a control unit to control the output unit to output the measuring value. According to the present invention, since the measuring unit having a sensor to measure the synthetic yield of the radiopharmaceutical is fixed, and the mounting unit with a thin film on which the radiopharmaceutical is developed moves to measure the synthetic yield of the radiopharmaceutical, an error due to the movement of the sensor can be minimized.
