The present invention relates to a device for locking a seat belt for a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for locking a seat belt for a vehicle, composed of a ratchet wheel, which rotates when seat belt webbing is wound or withdrawn, and a locking tool for inhibiting the rotation of the ratchet wheel as a ball moves according to the movement of a vehicle body, wherein noise generated by the movement of the ball can be reduced. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the device for locking a seat belt for a vehicle, comprising the ratchet wheel rotating when the seat belt webbing is withdrawn, and the locking tool for locking the ratchet wheel as the ball and a lever move. The present invention further comprises a lever restraint tool for pressing and fixing the lever to prevent the movement of the ball when the seat belt having the seat belt webbing inserted therein is not fastened. The lever restraint tool includes a cam arranged to receive the rotational force of the ratchet wheel and rotate and having a protrusion part for pressing the lever along an interval in the circumferential direction of a peripheral edge part to fix the lever; and a rotational force transmitting tool arranged between the ratchet wheel and the cam to transmit the rotational force of the ratchet wheel to the cam. The protrusion part is formed in the interval of the peripheral edge part where the lever can be pressed in the cam state of the unfastened seat belt. |
