<p>An organic light emitting diode display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first transistor for supplying a data voltage to a first node; a second transistor which is connected to a second node and the first node for connecting between the first node and second node according to a first control signal; a driving transistor of which gate electrode is connected to a third node and of which source electrode and drain electrode are connected to the first node and a fourth node, respectively; a capacitor which is connected in between the second node and third node for sensing the threshold voltage of the driving transistor; a third transistor for connecting between the third node and fourth node according to a second control signal; a fourth transistor which is connected to the fourth node and a fifth node for connecting between the fourth node and fifth node according to the first control signal; an organic light emitting diode which is connected to the fifth node; and a fifth transistor which supplies the second control signal to the fifth node according to the second control signal.</p> |
