FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and concerns treating adaptation disorders in patients with a risk of suicidality. That is ensured by determining blood serotonin and melatonin, and if the derived relation is 1.2, an integrated therapy involving drug-induced and psychotherapeutic exposure according to the following procedure is required. Haloperidol 0.375-0.5 mg is administered 3 times a day for two weeks; paroxetine 20-30 mg is prescribed in the morning for 3 months; melatonin 1.5-3 mg is administered 20 minutes before sleeping for 7-10 days, while 0.5% seduxen 2 ml is taken intramuscularly for the night for 3 to 10 days depending on the clinical effect; alprazolam 0.25-0.5 mg is prescribed 3 times a day for two weeks; vitamins B1, B6 are used in a dose of 1 ml intramuscularly every second day for 10 days, and pyracetam is added in a dose of 400-800 mg in the morning and in the middle of the day for two weeks; besides, the therapy includes mexidol 125-200 mg 3 times a day for two weeks and a psychotherapy with specific targets.EFFECT: method provides the effective reduction of depressive syndrome and suicidal behaviour.3 ex |
