METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TOOLS OF CUTTING DIES BY LASER RADIATION

A method for manufacturing tools of cutting dies by laser radiation, whereby a working contour of a punch and die is formed simultaneously by way of their cutting by a laser beam from a sheet blank. Cutting of tools is made by a laser beam inclined to the axis of lens or displaced relative thereto, and the cutting is preceded by irradiation of a blank from both sides along the contour of tools in the mode of thermal strengthening.
