A method of laser machining blanks made of materials transparent for laser radiation, wherein a blank is mounted on a table, whose surface under the machining area is imparted an absorptive ability, and a laser beam is focused on the surface. As a material with high absorbency a suspension of refractory metal powder in liquid is used, for which in the table an opening is preliminary made, which is filled with suspension. |
