A device for bisegmental interebody vertebral dynamic fixation contains the plate with two peripheral and one central intermediate segment with two pairs of through holes in peripheral segments and one elongated through opening in the central intermediate segment. The plate contains the spikes on the contact end of the plate in the angles of the peripheral segments and the edge of the central intermediate segment. One pair of the holes in one peripheral segment is made rounded while the other pair in the second peripheral segment is made elongated. The spikes at the edge of the central intermediate segment are located at the angle relative to the spikes in the angles of the peripheral segments located in perpendicular to the plane of the plate.
